A 3x3x3 multiblock that makes zalienfuel:coolant for the Superheated Electric Heaters.

Input: packed ice through item pipes. 1 packed ice = 8000 mB of coolant.
Output: coolant through a pipe manifold, enough to serve 9 superheaters.
Runs on FE.

Concept

Renders are concept art and all numbers can change before release. Until it ships, superheated heaters run on FE only.
